Its still wild to me that I stepped out of my comfort zone to compete in a competition with someone I’ve never met, movements I’ve only just conquered & a community I’ve just stepped into.

A big thing for me this year was to say yes no matter what & to push myself out of my comfort zone & to conquer my fears. At 28 years old I told myself to just frikken do it. Push my self to achieve something I didn’t think I could do, and at this point I really just want to get better. Training for performance is fun, but we all start somewhere! I’m not gonna be stronger over night or better, but keeping the consistency in my training to keep going❤️‍🔥

Plus I’m the strongest to my babies and that’s all that matters 😆🥇
