Endurance Training:

Endurance training improves the body’s ability to perform exercise over long periods without fatigue. Activities such as running, cycling, and swimming strengthen the heart, lungs, and muscles, allowing the body to use oxygen more efficiently. This style of training is important for improving stamina, recovery, and overall cardiovascular health.

🍔 Homemade Hamburger Night 😍

One thing I love about making burgers at home is knowing exactly what goes into them 🙌 These homemade hamburgers are packed with flavour while still being balanced, filling, and macro-friendly 💪

🥩 Lean beef mince is a great source of protein to help support muscle growth and keep you fuller for longer. It’s also rich in iron and B vitamins for energy.
🥑 Avocado adds healthy fats that are great for your skin, hormones, and keeping meals satisfying.
🧀 Cheese gives extra protein and calcium for strong bones (and let’s be honest… burgers need cheese 😍).
🥚 Egg adds even more protein and nutrients like choline, which is great for brain health.
🥗 Fresh salad gives fibre, vitamins, and crunch while helping keep the meal balanced and fresh.
🥔 Potato salad provides carbs for energy and recovery, especially after a busy day or workout.
🍝 Pasta salad adds extra fuel and makes this meal perfect for the whole family to enjoy together.

A balanced meal with protein, healthy fats, carbs, and fibre- delicious, satisfying, and quick to make ❤️

Strength Training:

Strength training is all about building the body’s ability to produce force. By using heavier resistance and controlled movements, muscles become stronger, joints become more stable, and overall physical performance improves. This type of training is essential for athletes needing power, explosiveness, and resilience, but it also benefits everyday health by improving posture, metabolism, and long-term mobility.

Why Different Training Methods Matter:

Every type of training develops a different aspect of fitness. Strength builds force, endurance improves stamina, power increases explosiveness, and mobility supports movement quality.
Training should match the physical demands of the sport or goal to achieve the best performance outcomes and maintain overall health.

Hi fam 🤍

Life has been full lately- between my boys keeping me busy, my amazing clients absolutely crushing their goals both face-to-face and online, and preparing to start a new job, social media had to take a little back seat for a bit.

Even though content slowed down, I’m still here, still coaching, still cheering everyone on, and so proud of the progress being made every single day. 💪🏼

Thank you for sticking around while I find my new routine. More workouts, motivation, tips, and content coming soon 🫶🏻

My first born turned 4 yesterday 🥺💚
Where has the time gone?

We celebrated with this incredible cake from Jackleys Bakehouse- not exactly packed with nutrients, but wow… every bite was worth it 🤤🍫

Because life isn’t about perfection, it’s about balance, making memories, and soaking up these little moments while they last ✨

There’s a reason your program looks the way it does.

Behind every set, rep, and exercise is a method- not just making things hard, but making them effective. Good coaching is about long-term progress, not short-term exhaustion.

Trust the process, even when it seems simple.

Homemade dumpling salad = elite combo 🥟🥗🔥

One of those meals that’s fun, flavour-packed, and actually balanced 🙌

Loaded up with:
✨ Pork & beef dumplings
✨ Fresh salad mix (lettuce, carrot, cabbage, avocado)
✨ Crispy fried noodles
✨ Baby sweet & sour cucumbers
✨ A drizzle of kewpie mayo
✨ Plus all the flavour 😮‍🔥

This one hits all the marks 👇

🥟 Dumplings bring protein and carbs, making the meal filling and satisfying.
🥗 Salad + veggies add fibre, crunch, and a heap of vitamins and micronutrients for overall health.
🥑 Avocado gives healthy fats to support fullness and keep you going longer.
🥒 Sweet & sour cucumbers add extra crunch, flavour, and a little boost of hydration.
🥢 Crispy noodles + mayo bring texture and make the meal actually enjoyable (which matters just as much).

And the best part?
✔️ Cheap to make
✔️ Easy to throw together
✔️ Customisable with whatever you’ve got at home

Balanced doesn’t have to be boring- this is proof 💛

No two people move the same, recover the same, or respond to training the same- so why should their programs be identical?

Individualised programming is what separates real progress from guesswork. Your body, your goals, your lifestyle- it all matters when building something that actually works.

Stop following random plans and start training with intent.
