The eagerly anticipated 2026 RRAT Townsville Trophy is upon us :-)

75 Entries, 24 Sprint events and 2 One Hour events.

Good fields in all classes - plenty of action packed racing over 2 days.

🐝𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗘 - 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁

There is a working bee set for Wednesday 26th August. Moving tyres out to Turn 8 and covering with shade cloth, trailers will be needed, if you are bringing a trailer please fill it up with pallets as we need firewood for the TT for 3 nights.

🏍 Afterwards we'll have track time to dial in your machines for the TT or just to have a lash round the track.

🧊 Cold drinks available & lunch will be provided after the working bee. Please register so we can cater for everyone.

Big thanks to Scotty McClymont, Clinton Taylor, Dale Mackenzie, Bluey Miller & Gary Ellem for today's efforts at the working bee! Fixed up some tyre wall damage & a few other tasks knocked off the list 👌

🐝𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗘 - 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁

With the TT approaching we have a bit of work to do on tyre walls to have the track in as good a condition as possible.

There is a working bee set for Wednesday 12th August (next Wed), as usual 7am sign on for a 7:30 start, bring utes and trailers for the tyres, gloves and sun protection for yourselves.

🏍 Afterwards we'll have track time to dial in your machines for the TT or just to have a lash round the track.

Entries are now open for the Road Racing Association of Townsville's 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 – RRAT’s longstanding premier road race meeting. We are expecting good numbers & plenty of Southern competitors are making the effort to join us again – come be a part of it!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1️⃣ Friday Practice is a separate Event and requires a separate entry for the Tourist Trophy.
2️⃣ You need to complete a second entry for the Tourist Trophy meeting.
3️⃣ You are not eligible to participate in the Practice if you have not entered the Tourist Trophy meeting.
4️⃣ There are no garages available for the Practice unless you have entered and paid for a garage at the TT meeting.

We are currently at 57 nominations as of today, great effort & thank you! (Your Race Secretaries appreciate you making their life easier! 😀)

📌Entries close at 11pm, Saturday 18th July, if you are considering entering, get it done - entries received after then, up until the 22nd will be accepted but will incur a late fee of $40- NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 22ND.

💡Fun Fact - it is far easier for the Race Secretaries to remove your entry and refund your entry fee, than it is to add you after entries close. It is shaping up to be a great meeting, be great to see you there!

🇦🇺 ️We are also looking for volunteers & superstar flaggies to fill a few spots - If you're racing, ask your mates, if you're not racing consider coming along to help.

We are averaging 55 - 60 entries at our Closed to Club meetings, which produces good fields and great racing! The Practice / Come & Try day saw over 80 - let's keep it up, this is our last hit out before the TT!!!
