🏉 U9s | Paul Bowman Challenge 2026 🏉

What a weekend! Our U9 Roosters travelled to Proserpine for the Paul Bowman Challenge, taking part in their first carnival away from home—and what an amazing experience it was!
💪🔥

There were plenty of tries, tackles, laughs and special memories made along the way. The team had an absolute ball and proudly represented the Calliope Roosters with enthusiasm, teamwork and plenty of Roosters spirit!
🐓❤️💙

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful sponsors—
🙌🏼 McDaniel S (McDaniel Solutions)
🙌🏼 SDP Plant Hire
🙌🏼 Saunders Heavy Haulage

🏉 ALL STARS

A special moment seeing Jayden Boston and Bradley Boston take the field together in the All Stars competition.

The scoreboard might not have finished the way they were hoping, but that certainly didn’t take away from the game these two played. Both put in a brilliant performance, played with plenty of heart and gave it everything they had right until the end.

A great effort from both Jayden and Bosto and a proud moment seeing them out there competing alongside each other.

Well done boys — 🐓❤️💙

🏉 PUT YOUR BRAND IN THE HANDS OF QUEENSLAND'S FUTURE STARS! 🏉

Rugby League Gladstone is seeking an Official Ball Sponsor for the prestigious Jason Hetherington & Gary Larson Under 12 Rugby League Carnival.

With approximately 46 teams travelling from across Queensland and around 1,000 footballs distributed to participants, this is a fantastic opportunity to place your business in front of junior rugby league families from all corners of the state.

As the Official Ball Sponsor, your branding will feature on the footballs that every participant receives, creating exposure that continues long after the carnival has finished.

✅ Approximately 1,000 footballs distributed
✅ Teams from across Queensland
✅ Supported by rugby league legends Jason Hetherington & Gary Larson
✅ A respected community event investing in the future of our game
✅ Opportunity to establish an ongoing partnership with Rugby League Gladstone and future JHGL Carnivals

⚠️ This opportunity is time-sensitive and we need to secure our Ball Sponsor soon to allow sufficient time for ball design, production and delivery ahead of the carnival.

This is more than a one-off sponsorship opportunity. We're looking for a partner who shares our commitment to junior rugby league and there is potential for an ongoing relationship with Rugby League Gladstone and future carnival events.

If this sounds like a fit for your business, or you know someone who may be interested, please reach out now.

📧 [email protected]

Please feel free to share this post and help us find the perfect partner for one of Queensland's premier junior rugby league carnivals.

🏉💙💛
