September Free Self Defence Class

Our monthly Free Self Defence Class in September focussed on head movement, blocking and the ever effective "Crash Tackle Takedown". The perfect way to control an aggressor long enough to call for help or escape, or to neutralise the threat!

Another practical set of moves taught in a fun and welcoming environment.

Our Free Self Defence Class is held on the last Tuesday of every month and is open to everyone.

A huge day of victories for Lucas at the Sydney Grappling Industries competition!

This was his first time travelling interstate to compete and he really rose to the occasion.
