August Free Self Defence Class
Our monthly Free Self Defence Class in August focused on having a "stance without a stance", being ready to defend yourself without looking like you're ready to fight.
Coach Andy covered how to quickly respond with a powerful attack and follow up with knees and elbows to finish the fight.

Our Free Self Defence Class is held on the last Tuesday of every month and is open to everyone.
