Mountain bike clubs advocate for trails, run dig days, put on events, organise junior programs and so much more.

Club committee members are all volunteers with jobs, families and a life outside of the mountain bike club, and when member burnout hits, it can be catastrophic for the riding community.

We caught up with clubs from across the country to find out how they manage the workload and keep the proverbial train on its tracks.

Big shoutout to all the volunteers out there getting it done. Full story at the link in comments 🔗

Already got your dream bike? Imagine surprising your kid, partner or riding mate with this! 🙌

And help us get this around the riding community — tag a mate below who’d love to win it or share this post with your riding crew.

💙 For anyone who doesn’t know much about MND: Motor Neurone Disease is a devastating, currently incurable disease that progressively takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, swallow and eventually breathe. There is currently no cure, which is why funding research through organisations like FightMND is so important.

💙 Let’s sell a heap of tickets this week and raise as much as we can for FightMND.

We LOVE to see it when local businesses support local riding…! 🙌

A client of club sponsor Trail Queens Sunshine Coast 👑 turned up to a recent one-on-one skills session head-to-toe in fellow club sponsor Rolik, top and pants👕👖. Seeing two of our sponsors represented on the trails at the same time? That’s a win for CORCA! 🤝

We’re proud to have such great local businesses behind our club and our riding community. Thank you to all the businesses supporting CORCA — we appreciate you! 💚 Baringa Bikes, Bike On Noosa, Bike On Mountain Bike Coaching, Hit Bikes, First National Real Estate Caloundra Easy Transfer Tenmen Electrical, Solar and Air Conditioning, Oz Bearings & Industrial Caloundra, Trailworx, Trek Kawana, Digger Dan & Quadric 🙏

By supporting them, you are supporting us 👏

📣 IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be aware that proactive vegetation maintenance will take place at Sugar Bag on Monday, 10th & Tuesday, 11th August, starting at 7 am.

This is required to manage risks associated with deadfall, hazardous vegetation and encroachment onto trails.

Please respect trail closures 🙏
