A full year of showing up, learning, getting stronger, building confidence and becoming part of the CFC crew.
Big congratulations to Herm, Pete, Helen, Jess & Leonie, Naomi & Ruth on hitting 12 months with us.
The best part is looking back and realising how much can change in a year when you just keep turning up.

A gym membership only works if you actually keep showing up.
And for a lot of people, that’s exactly where previous gyms fell apart.
No coach.
No accountability.
No one really noticing whether you were there or not. 👀
At CFC, coaching is more than explaining the workout.
It’s knowing the person, adjusting the session, helping when things aren’t going well – and noticing when someone disappears. 🤝
That little bit of accountability can make a massive difference.

AUGUST MEMBER ANNIVERSARIES 🩷🖤
A big shoutout to this month’s anniversary legends:
Quil – 5 Years
A huge five-year milestone and officially part of the CFC wall of legends. Such a big part of the 9:15 Mum Club and rock of the CFC community.
Marty – 4 Years
Our 2025 Spirit of CFC. Big Red brings laughs, energy and community in spades. Four years strong.
Rhi – 2 Years
An incredibly dedicated part of our 4:30 crew (& sometimes 9.15 Mum club). Rhi’s consistency and commitment through every season have been seriously impressive.
Steve – 2 Years
The silent assassin. A super consistent member of our 5:30 crew who has made massive progress in strength, fitness and mobility (& his golf swing!).
Justin – 1 Year
A stalwart of the 6:00am crew who just gets in and gets the work done. First year done and dusted.
Different journeys, different milestones, same CFC spirit.
Thanks for showing up, putting in the work, and helping make this place what it is.
