"To say I’m proud of this achievement is a massive understatement. But the biggest thing I’ve learned throughout this journey is that I’m nowhere near finished yet. 💪🏽

The photos below are from Day 1 right through to just over 4 years later. Four years of hard work, plenty of ups and downs, learning more about my body, pushing my limits and discovering what I’m actually capable of.

I’m only halfway through this journey, and there’s still plenty more work to do - but I’m bloody proud of how far I’ve come. 🙌🏽

A massive shoutout to the coaches at CF4551, who have been solid as a rock throughout this entire process. The guidance, support, encouragement and belief in me have made such a huge difference to my development.

And for that, I genuinely owe you more than I can put into words. You helped save my life from heading in a very different direction. ❤️
