Caloundra Rugby Union

22/10/2026

More than a rugby club.

It's the players, families, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who turn a field into a home.

Our people. Our club. Our community.

Today, we remember Mark Rogers with heavy hearts.

Some people leave a mark on a club that time can never erase. They become part of its story, its memories and the family that makes it so much more than a game.

Mark will be remembered as part of the Lighthouse family, and his passing is a reminder of just how deeply our club connections run — on and off the field.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Mark’s family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him during this difficult time.

Those who would like to join Mark’s family in celebrating his life are warmly welcome.

When: 3:00pm, Friday 23 October 2026
Where: Gregson & Weight, 5 Gregson Place, Caloundra 4551

From all of us at Caloundra Rugby Union, rest peacefully, Mark.

The hard yards. The big hits. The moments when it hurts.
That's where character is built.

We earn every metre, every bead of sweat, every bruise.
