Hi everyone! I’m Heidi and I’ve come all the way from England to join the Aptus team 🇬🇧🤍

I’m so excited to be part of this amazing community and can’t wait to meet you all! I’m a big lover of coffee, running, and of course dogs 🐶☕️

I’ll do anything to avoid mountain climbers… but I love burpees (I know, it makes no sense)

You’ll be seeing me at the front desk on Monday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings — I’m always up for a chat, to answer any questions, or to get you hyped for your workout 💪🏼
