💛 It’s that time of the year that we look to you. Athletics is made possible with volunteers.

💚 Each age group requires an age manager to support the group of athletes to move through the program each week and be supported to try their very best.

💛 If this sounds like you please reach out and share your interest. There will be a dedicated session prior to the season starting to teach you about each event.

💚 All you need is a working with children check and a passion to support our athletes.

This FREE 2-hour Parent Helper Workshop is designed to provide you with the basic skills, confidence, and practical tips to make your role easier and more enjoyable... no matter the age group. After registering, there will be a link to the online video version of the course so you can get an early start especially for younger age groups. Then, if you have any questions, you can ask on the day.

🟢 Make your life easier by learning:
✔️ Basic event rules, basic coaching techniques and safety considerations
✔️ Tips to support your age group effectively
✔️ What to do (and not do!) on event day
✔️ Follow-up summary workbook and workshop links

✅ No experience necessary
✅ Supportive, friendly environment

They both had a fabulous series, topping the points tally for their respective ages.
