We need our Haven community to cheer us up 🤍

Recently Haven received a 1-star Google review from someone who has never booked or attended a class with us. When we looked into it, we recognised the male reviewer as the owner of another local Pilates studio.

We’ll be honest, it was disheartening. We’ve always believed there are more than enough clients in our community for every studio to thrive, and that small businesses do best when we lift each other up rather than tear each other down. Integrity is so important to us and it’s not something we’ll compromise on.

So we’d love to turn this into something positive. If Haven has been part of your life, would you take a few minutes to share your experience in a Google review? It truly means the world to us and helps other locals find a studio where they can become part of a wonderful community (Google review link in bio).

Now it’s business as usual and we are going to stay in our lane, where we have always been, and where we do our best work.
