As the 2027 season approaches, Camden Tigers Football Club is looking to appoint volunteers to the subcommittee roles identified in the Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
If you are interested in being considered for one of these roles, please complete the form outlining your interest and suitability. Successful applicants will be contacted to discuss the role and assist with a smooth transition into their responsibilities.
All subcommittee roles will operate under the Board, with the Representative Manager overseeing the subcommittee and remaining across all activities and decisions. Volunteers will work collaboratively with club administration, uniform and equipment coordinators, team managers and Technical Directors to support the smooth operation of our representative programs.
*Clear and transparent communication is essential.* The Representative Manager must be kept informed of all actions, tasks and ongoing matters relating to each role. They must be copied into all relevant email communications and provided with access to any documents, records or resources created and shared as part of the role. This ensures there is clear visibility across the subcommittee, consistent communication and appropriate oversight of all activities. All tasks and actions must be communicated to and approved by the Representative Manager before proceeding.
It is recommended that applicants have a player participating in one of our representative programs, as this can assist with understanding the administrative and operational requirements of the role.
Some positions will also require strong communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with committee members across both the representative and community sides of the club.
We encourage anyone interested in contributing to the continued growth and success of Camden Tigers to submit an EOI. Our volunteers play an important role in supporting our players, families and programs as we prepare for the 2027 season.
