NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

South Western Sydney Raptors Touch Association

Our AGM is an opportunity for anyone wanting to get more involved in the growth and success of Raptors Touch.

If you’re passionate about touch football and would like to play a role in shaping our club’s future, we encourage you to get involved. We welcome new faces, fresh ideas and players ready to contribute off the field.

This year, elections will be held for all committee positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Referees Coordinator
• Representatives Coordinator
• Social Media Manager
• General Committee Members

To nominate your interest in a committee position, please email [email protected] with your name and the position you’re interested in.

Everyone is welcome to attend. We’d love to see you there.

Round 5

We’re halfway through the Spring Comp already! The draw is up, so check your game time and field, and please arrive early enough to sign on before playing.

A reminder that players need to play at least five games during the comp to be eligible for the semis. Teams, it’s worth checking where everyone is up to as we head into the second half.

If the weather affects play, we’ll post an update on Facebook by 5pm Monday, or earlier if we can.

The South West Sydney Raptors are looking for a Competition Manager to help run and grow our junior touch football competition!

If you're organised, love the sport, and want a hands-on role in delivering great competition nights for our juniors and their families, this one's for you.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Venue bookings
✅ Referee coordination
✅ Draw creation
✅ Player registrations
✅ Social media marketing & promotion

The Round 4 draw is here. Have a look at your team’s game time and field, and please arrive early enough to sign on & stretch before you play.

A reminder that all players need to be registered and wearing their team uniform with a number on the back. If your team is still sorting out uniforms, have a chat with us so we know where things are up to.

STATE CUP TRIALS UPDATE

Same day, same place, new time.

Trials will now begin at 2.00 pm this Sunday, 27 September, at Onslow Oval.

Trials are being held for:

• Masters Mixed
• Women’s Open
• Men’s 30s
• Open Mixed

Round 3

A few important reminders before Monday night.

🏈 All players now need to be registered, and each team needs to be in matching uniforms with an individual number on the back of every shirt. If your team can’t have these ready yet, please have a chat with us and let us know.

🏈 NSW State Cup trials have also moved to 2pm, instead of the previously advertised 10am start.

🏈 Check the Round 3 draw for your game time and field, and arrive early enough to sign on before you play.
