A Huge Thank You to Camden Council

Following a fantastic weekend of eventing at Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park , we would like to sincerely thank Camden Council for their generous support of Equestriad.

Through both cash and in-kind funding, Camden Council’s contribution played an important role in helping us deliver this year’s event and meet the many costs involved in running an event of this scale.

We are incredibly proud to host Equestriad here in Camden and to welcome riders, their families, officials, volunteers, trade vendors and spectators to our beautiful local area.

The ongoing support of events such as Equestriad helps us continue to showcase Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park as a wonderful equestrian venue while bringing the equestrian community together for a great weekend of sport.

On behalf of the entire Equestriad committee, competitors and community, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Camden Council for getting behind our event and helping make Equestriad 2026 possible.

Please drive through the Cawdor road entrance opposite the Amal service station!

HEADING TO EQUESTRIAD TODAY OR TOMORROW? PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME!

With Equestriad kicking off tomorrow, we have one very important reminder for all competitors and spectators parking in the Main Arena or Pony Club areas.

DO NOT ENTER VIA EXETER STREET, CAMDEN.

The Exeter Street gates will be LOCKED for the event, and there is very limited room to turn around, particularly if you are travelling with a horse float, truck or larger vehicle.

ALL ENTRY TO THE MAIN ARENA AND PONY CLUB AREAS WILL BE VIA CAWDOR ROAD, CAMDEN, OPPOSITE THE AMPOL SERVICE STATION.

Please plan your route before leaving home and make sure anyone travelling with you is also aware of the changed entrance.

We would really appreciate everyone sharing this post or tagging friends who are heading to Equestriad this weekend. We want to make sure as many people as possible see this information before arriving.

Cawdor Road entrance only for the Main Arena and Pony Club areas.

If you’d love to enjoy Equestriad ringside with great food, drinks and some of the best views of the action, now is the time to secure your seat.

Choose Saturday and enjoy dressage, show jumping and High Tea, or join us Sunday for Cross Country, show jumping and Brunch.

$60 for either day
$100 for the entire weekend

Saturday also includes an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary welcome drink, with a bar available for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

👏Three cheers for these two legends!👏
Garry and Judy Clarke are a driving force in the Camden committee. They spend countless hours at the venue preparing for the event. They do have a great group of helpers, but they are the motivated leaders. They do it all, from setting up dressage arenas, flagging and numbering the cross country course, painting jumps, lay mulch, putting out decorations and so much more. They will work tirelessly all weekend and will be back at the venue on Monday morning packing up and cleaning out the yards for those that didn’t bother (PS Don’t be one of those). So if you see them over the weekend be sure to give them a pat on the back. Camden would not be possible without them. Thanks Garry, Judy and all your wonderful helpers. 🙌

A very important reminder for all Equestriad competitors and spectators parking in the Main Arena or Pony Club areas this weekend.

THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY VIA EXETER STREET, CAMDEN.

The Exeter Street gates will be LOCKED, and there is very limited space to turn around if you arrive at this entrance, particularly for those travelling with floats, trucks and larger vehicles.

ENTRY TO THE MAIN ARENA AND PONY CLUB WILL BE VIA CAWDOR ROAD, CAMDEN, opposite the Ampol service station.

Please make sure you plan your arrival via Cawdor Road and do not attempt to enter via Exeter Street.

We strongly encourage everyone attending Equestriad to share this post and let fellow competitors, spectators, friends and family know about the changed access arrangements.

As we prepare for Equestriad this weekend, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Camden Council for their generous support of our event.

Through a combination of cash and in-kind funding, Camden Council’s contribution has helped us meet the significant costs involved in bringing Equestriad to life and delivering a quality event for our competitors, officials, volunteers, spectators and the wider equestrian community.

We are incredibly fortunate to host Equestriad at the beautiful Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park, and support from Camden Council plays an important role in helping us continue to bring major equestrian events to the Camden region.

Events of this scale simply aren’t possible without the support of organisations that recognise the value of sport, community events and the visitors they bring to our local area.

This year, we’re excited to offer a limited number of VIP Hospitality tickets for Equestriad!

Enjoy all the action from our hospitality tent with a fantastic ringside view and a great weekend of equestrian sport.

Saturday
Spend the morning watching the dressage before settling in for an afternoon of show jumping, all while enjoying a delicious High Tea, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary welcome drink.

A bar will also be available for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

Sunday
Settle in for another action-packed day featuring the excitement of Cross Country, showjumping and Brunch in the hospitality tent.

Tickets are just $60 per person, per day or $100 for the entire weekend.

Numbers are limited, so secure your place early.

Attention everyone attending Camden CCI/CCN this weekend:
Exeter Street (the main entry road for the venue) will be closed from Friday 18 September to Sunday 20 September to accommodate the Taste Food Festival at Camden Town Farm. As a result, there will be no access to Bicentennial Equestrian Park via the Exeter Street gates during this 3 day period, with all access to BEP required via Cawdor Road and Sheathers Lane. Those camping in the main arena area entry is via Cawdor Road (directly opposite the Ampol Service Station) and for the Campdraft area, please enter as normal from Sheathers Lane. Thank you for your understanding.

Attention all riders, competitors, club members, event attendees and park users.

From Friday morning 18 September until Monday 21 September, there will be no access to Bicentennial Equestrian Park via the Exeter Street gates due to the Taste Food Festival being held at Camden Town Farm. The Exeter Street gates will be closed and locked for the entire weekend, with no access available via Exeter Street at any time.

• Sheathers Lane
• Cawdor Road

This traffic arrangement applies to:
• General recreational riders and park users
• Attendees of the Eventing Equestriad event (EEA)
• Members and visitors attending Cobbitty Pony Club activities
• Competitors, officials and spectators attending events at BEP

All vehicles, horse floats, trucks and patrons must enter and exit BEP via Sheathers Lane or Cawdor Road during this period.

Please allow a little extra travel time and share this information with fellow riders, supporters and event attendees to help ensure everyone arrives safely and without confusion.
