🐎 Eventing Equestriad FEI Event | 19-20 September 2026

This weekend, Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park hosts Eventing Equestriads FEI Event, the Park's largest equestrian event of the year.

Competitors, officials and visitors from across Australia and internationally will converge on Camden for two days of world-class equestrian competition.

Camden Council extends a warm welcome to all participants and encourage visitors to enjoy everything Camden has to offer during their stay. From great cafés and restaurants to local attractions and events, there's plenty to explore.

Attention all riders, competitors, club members, event attendees and park users.

From Friday morning 18 September until Monday 21 September, there will be no access to Bicentennial Equestrian Park via the Exeter Street gates due to the Taste Food Festival being held at Camden Town Farm. The Exeter Street gates will be closed and locked for the entire weekend, with no access available via Exeter Street at any time.

✅ Please use the alternative access routes shown on the attached map:
• Sheathers Lane
• Cawdor Road

This traffic arrangement applies to:
• General recreational riders and park users
• Attendees of the Eventing Equestriad event (EEA)
• Members and visitors attending Cobbitty Pony Club activities
• Competitors, officials and spectators attending events at BEP

All vehicles, horse floats, trucks and patrons must enter and exit BEP via Sheathers Lane or Cawdor Road during this period.

Please allow a little extra travel time and share this information with fellow riders, supporters and event attendees to help ensure everyone arrives safely and without confusion.

🐎 Welcome back Sydney Polocrosse Club!

After several years away due to COVID-19, floods and wet weather disruptions, we're pleased to see the Sydney Polocrosse Club return to Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park for their Spring Carnival on 12-13 September.

We wish all competitors a great weekend and look forward to seeing the Park come alive with polocrosse once again.

Dear Recreational Riders and Park Users,

There will be a running event held this Sunday, 19 July that will use various parts of the Equestrian Park.

Please note the following entry arrangements:

• Recreational Riders: Please enter via Sheathers Lane.
• Cobbitty Pony Club Users: Entry is still via Exeter Street, with marshals on duty at the gate to ensure safe access.

🚧 This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things... 😞

Unfortunately, over the weekend, unauthorised vehicles driven by brainless hoons gained access to the Park by badly damaging the main Exeter Street gates and driving onto park grounds, causing turf damage adjacent to the Pony Club and Dressage Arenas, as well as at the base of Cross Country Hill.

The incident and footage of the vehicles has been reported to NSW Police.

We ask all park users to remain vigilant and help protect this community facility by:
🔒 Ensuring all gates are securely locked when leaving the park.
👀 Reporting any suspicious behaviour or vehicle activity to Police.
📞 Contacting authorities immediately if you witness unlawful activity.

Councils Teams will be undertaking necessary repairs to the damaged turf areas and arrangements are underway to repair, reinforce and replace the damaged main entrance gates.

These facilities are enjoyed by thousands of riders, competitors and visitors each year. We appreciate the support of our equestrian community in helping us look after them.
