Congrats to this weeks Player of the Week Jono Hughes. Jono notched up his 2nd ton of the season to see 3rd Grade narrowly miss out on an outright victory. Fingers crossed for more Jono-ton during the finals.

Work to do is the theme of this weeks ladder update with both A1s and D1s now looking at the finals spots from the outside. Loses to Old Ignatians in both grades has seen the lads drop to 5th but still very much in the hunt for late-March cricket. Big 4 weeks coming up to try and pry a spot back.

Week 17 is in the books and it was a bit precarious from the Cammeray sides. All the hybrid sides are still in with a sniff but need solid week 2 efforts while it was unfortunately 0 from 2 for the 1-dayers. Big weekend coming up again this weekend. In the meantime, thanks to and

We’re definitely on the home stretch for the regular season now with just 5 weekends of play scheduled before finals. Lots of sides are up against teams also fighting for semis so implications everywhere. 2-dayers for the hybrid grades and the potential for a bit of rain to come into play. Play hard, play fair and

Congrats to this weeks Player of the Week Tom Mathias. Tom struck a pacey, career-high 111* to help 3rds to an epic first innings total of 6/351. Solid red ink mate!

5 weekends left in the regular season and we’re currently looking at a heavy representation come finals with 5 of the 6 sides currently sitting in the top 4 and a only a single wicket on the weekend denying 4ths a spot as well. Plenty still to play for across all the grades. Thanks to and

Week 16 is in the books and with 4 wins, a no-result and a loss it was a successful one for the club. Big congrats to 5ths securing the outright while it was a case of close-but-no-cigar for 3rds and 4ths chasing first innings and the outright respectively. Thanks as always to and

Conquest at the Crease: Day 1 was a masterclass in grit, focusing entirely on laying a foundation of tenacity with the willow. An opening 172-run partnership was just the start. To finish the 'portfolio of runs' at end of day's play at 7 for 420 featuring centuries to Jason Stonestreet (150) and Andrew Smythe (107), has the Cammeray Cricket 4th Grade side in a strong position. Day 2 will be about catches and capturing 10 wickets.

Week 16 sees the continuation of the two dayers. A1s take on bottom-of-the-table Northbridge while D1s take on second-placed West Ryde in a match that will go a long way shaping the top 4. Best of luck to all sides and

Congrats to this weeks PotW 4th grades Jason Stonestreet. Not content with just watching his opening partner Andrew ‘tough school’ Smythe tonning up (107 offf 129), Jason kicked on to hit a career best 150 in 4th grades massive 8/420. The team total is (currently) the T-4th highest innings score in club history. Notable mention for Jono Hughes currently on 117*.

As we get closer to the business end, we’ll be sending out more updates on the ladder situation across all grades. After week 15, both the A1s and D1s find themselves well in the hunt for semi-final action with the A1s a solitary point outside the top 4 and the D1s sitting T-3rd. Thanks to our sponsor and
