Behind every athlete is a coach who gives more than we see. 🥋❤️

The long days, early starts, countless hours of training, travelling, standing in the corner, managing the nerves and knowing exactly what to say when an athlete needs it most.

A special appreciation to Coach Karim, who carries an incredible responsibility in guiding our competition team. His commitment goes far beyond fight day — he invests his time, energy and experience into developing each athlete and building a team that supports one another.

And a huge thank you to Coach Elanur and Coach Kerim for everything they give to our athletes and for always being there when the team needs them.

This weekend meant two full days of coaching, preparation and putting our athletes first. There are many sacrifices behind the scenes!

The medals belong to the athletes, but there is always a coach behind the journey. ❤️

What a weekend for Team OMAC! 🥋🔥

👏 A big well done also to Eslem, who gained valuable competition experience and another important opportunity to learn, develop and grow as an athlete.

We are excited to announce our upcoming workshop with Hume Osteopathic and Pelvic Health Centre! In this workshop Dr Anita Fagliarone (osteopath) will take us through dealing with and preventing injuries that occur in martial arts training.
