🔥 SPARTAN PREP CLASS IS HERE! ⚔️

Getting ready for the Spartan Race in Wollongong on 10 October? 🏃‍♀️💪

Our Spartan Prep Class is designed to get you ready for the challenge; expect a serious burn-style workout packed with stairs, coordination drills, endurance, grip work, strength and Spartan-inspired movements.

Guess what, Trainer Kiana is taking on the challenge herself! ⚔️🔥
She’ll be participating in the Spartan Race and would love to have some of you join her on the start line! 🙌

Not doing the Spartan Race? No problem! These classes are open to everyone. Come along to challenge yourself, get fitter, build your strength and experience some Spartan-style training — no race entry required!
