BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 x cup mixed frozen berries
1 x kiwi fruit
1 x tsp chia seeds
1 x tsp bee pollen (optional)
1 x tsp peanut butter
1 x TSP honey
1 x scoop protein powder of choice
1 x TSP Collagen (optional)
Coconut Water - quantity depends on the consistency you want.

Exercises:
A1) Flat Bench Dumbbell Press
A2) Hand Release Pushup

- Complete 10-15 reps each exercise
- NO REST between each exercise
- Do 3-4 rounds
- 1 minute rest between each round
