🔴🟠 RED LINE START — BUILD FROM DEEP 🟠🔴
Starting on the red line means one thing…
👉 you’ve got work to do 👀
📍 SET UP
🔴 Attackers start on the RED line
🟠 Defenders start on the ORANGE line
📏 Attackers are 30 metres from the try zone
🎯 You have 5 plays to score
🚀 STARTING THE PLAY
👉 Attackers can line up anywhere along the red line
👉 One of the 8 players starts the play by:
🏉 Throwing the ball above their head and catching it below head height
As soon as the ball is thrown…
everyone is live.
⚠️ KEY RULE
🚫 The ball carrier cannot move forward until they pass the ball
👉 All other players (attack & defence) can move in any direction immediately
