Join us for a free sensory-friendly swimming session at the ARC 🏊

📅 Sunday 11 October 2026
🕑 5 pm to 7 pm
🎟️ Free, bookings required

The pool will close to the public at 4:45 pm and reopen for those who need a quieter environment.

During this swim, you can expect:

◾There will be less noise (like turning off the water feature)
◾Quiet spaces and places to take a break will be available (bring your own headphones, fidgets, etc)
◾A smaller crowd with the chance for families to meet each other
◾Small and big pools open
◾Standard ARC Pool Rules and ARC Conditions of Entry apply.

The café will be open for food purchases, and participants are also welcome to bring their own food.

To ensure we can maintain a safe sensory environment, attendance is limited, and bookings are essential. Preference will be given to residents of the City of Campbelltown.

Sauna Update
The sauna unit has been replaced the the Sauna will reopen to the public at 5:00pm tonight.

Upon reopening, the sauna will operate as a dry sauna only. To protect the new equipment, reduce future downtime, and ensure the sauna remains available for all patrons, water must no longer be poured onto the sauna rocks or heating unit.

We appreciate that this represents a change from past practice and thank our members for their understanding and cooperation.

Additional signage is currently being sourced and will be installed both inside and outside the sauna to reinforce the conditions of use.

We appreciate your patience while these essential repairs are completed and look forward to reopening the sauna as soon as possible.

The long weekend is just around the corner!

Join us for Aqua, BodyPump, Zumba, Yoga, Mobilise, and Fit for Life classes this public holiday.

The ARC will be open from 7 am to 7 pm.

🏊 Please note, there will be no Learn to Swim lessons on Monday, 5 October due to the public holiday.

The ’s Sensory Friendly Swimming Program was recognised as the Community Aquatic Program of the Year at the 2026 South Australian Aquatics Awards, celebrating the program’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible swimming experience for our community. 🏊💙

The program provides a quieter, more inclusive pool environment with reduced noise and crowds, supporting neurodiverse individuals and families to enjoy swimming comfortably.
