EFTPOS PAYMENT ISSUES
We are currently experiencing intermittent EFTPOS issues across the entire centre. Unfortunately, this is causing some transactions to decline unexpectedly, even when there are sufficient funds available.

At this stage, the issue appears to be related to a Mastercard network outage.

CommBank recommends inserting your card and selecting 'savings' to make payments via eftpos. If you're planning to visit, we recommend bringing cash as an alternative payment method.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
