Didsfit 25.
Shoutout to everyone who made 2025 so special. A fun year to recap, blinked and it was nearly over. A big step forward in progression, countless memories made, 6 countries visited, and new ventures brought to life.
Huge credit to my clients for grinding all year in the trenches, so many goals smashed and genuinely inspiring to watch.
Heading into 2026 with an even more ambitious mindset: go for everything, no regrets.
I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and proud to be Australian. While we celebrate the good times, it’s important we remain thoughtful of others. My prayers and heart are with those who lost their lives in the tragic terrorist attack in Bondi. We carry you with us in honour.

Unlucky to the lads, falling short in the M-League First Grade Grand Final this weekend.
It’s been a tough season with injuries and plenty of adversity but the boys still pulled through to finish second and push a strong opposition in the big one.
Proud of the effort, proud to be part of the journey, and grateful for the opportunity to have DidsFit on board helping these kings, especially through the grind of pre-season.
Signing your S&C coach as a player is big desperation times, the team physio went 2 games undefeated in first grade, I don’t make the rules lads, on his head. Top 3 life moments. 😎😂
All jokes aside, a season with plenty highs and lows. One thing you can’t beat is the GSC culture. Heads up, kings. On to next year. 👑

Velocity training: Lower Body Power
Force development to explode faster, jump higher and react quicker.
Great variety of exercises here. Focus on quality and intent. Lower reps and sets if performing, 2-3 sets, max 6 reps.
