Hail My Warriors! Just to let you know I have just brokered a deal with the Kokoro Ryu Martial Arts Centre to run lunchtime classes each Wednesday and Thursday. I need to confirm a time most likely a 1pm start classes will be for 50 mins and the cost will be $15 a head. If anyone is interested please let me know as I need to organize numbers for equipment etc.

So do yourself a favour book a group session today!

Groups of 2-4 (and those soloists out there) cost $40 an hour for the group!

5+ people is $10 a head.

For the price of your average junk food combo you can become a stronger, healthier and more capable person.

It's raining, I haven't checked the satellite photos to see if it's shifting but it looks set in. At this point I'm hoping it will die down for tonight's session. Does anyone know if footy training itself is cancelled?

Hi All, just letting you know that the class at Clark Oval at Kearns was a success. I will be running classes there on Tuesday nights from 6:30pm. The cost is $10, and you will need a towel or yoga mat and a water bottle. See you there.
