The Canberra Krakens acknowledge National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June) and today’s Reconciliation Day.

The 2026 theme “All In” is a reminder that reconciliation requires ongoing action, respect, and commitment from all Australians — every day, not just this week.

Country Champs Wrap 🦑🏆

Huge congrats to our Canberra Krakens who represented .act at the Australian Country Championships last weekend, bringing home Silver after a strong campaign 💪🤽‍♂️

The boys were outstanding across the tournament, with their only loss coming in the Grand Final against a quality side - another great result and podium finish 👏

Special shoutout to Hamish Ellison who was named in the Tournament Team 🔥

Also a big shoutout to the .act women’s side who secured Bronze - another consistent result on the podium 🥉

Great to see so many Krakens performing at a high level!

Off-season? Not really 🦑🔥

While we might be out of the water as a squad, it’s been a huge few months for our Krakens 👀

Last month saw multiple players recognised at the .act Awards Night, followed by a strong showing at Finals Day — with Krakens featuring across the Premier League, Second Grade, and Youth League Men’s Finals, bringing home plenty of gold and silver 🏆

More recently, we had a number of Krakens up in Brisbane for the Australian Youth Water Polo Championships — competing in the 18&U Boys Gold Division and coaching teams. Great to see the club represented at all levels 💪

Big effort from all our players staying active and involved — stay tuned as we head further into 2026 and towards the next Australia Cup and Super League seasons 👀
