𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 - 𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 New Zealand endurance rider Ashley Cole has had an excellent overnight result in Abu Dhabi, finishing 13th in the CEI2* 120km Al Ain Endurance Qualifier Ride. Riding LC Charlatana for Bin Daaen Endurance, she finished with an average speed of 15.66km/hr. Just 50% of the 35-strong field completed the gruelling ride, which was held in temperatures that topped 45 degrees Celsius. Endurance sport manager Ursula Keenan said the horse had been “well managed by the team and Ashley for a solid completion. It was her first competition start since she moved there with her stallion Tonki Dee Boo Novak in September. Today’s ride was won by Maria Cecilia Sebben Perez (POR) aboard Sembrador who finished with an average speed of 17.85 km/hr.

After months of hard work, dedication and countless hours in the saddle, Constable Hannah has officially passed her Mounted Unit assessments and is ready to take on the full array of operational duties within the unit. 🐎💪

The assessments are no small feat — consisting of a workout both under saddle and ba****ck, a jumping component, and a challenging bending course (again, both saddled and ba****ck!). These tests push riders to their limits and showcase the skills and resilience needed to work in the Mounted Unit.

Hannah’s commitment and positive attitude have shone throughout her training, and she’s already showing the makings of a fantastic Mounted Police Officer. 👮‍♀️✨

We couldn’t be prouder — well done, Hannah! 👏🐴

Huge congrats to Tracy-Lee Cossor from Future Dream Arabians on winning the 2025 Matar Stables Bullio Cup!

She's truly the people's champ. What an incredible weekend for the team, with perfect results across the board.

Standout performances:

- Lauren Trembearth and Future Dream Caviar, This dynamic duo tackled Caviar's first 80km ride, overcoming challenges to secure a buckle. Caviar's size was a talking point throughout the weekend, as was his doughnut tendencies. 🤣

- Chloe Hayden and Illarak Bequest, Chloe and Bumble were an impressive pair, staying in the leading pack throughout the CEI2* 120km Bullio Cup and finishing in 4th place.

- Tracy-Lee Cossor and Karameawoods Scirocco. The winning combination was unstoppable, staying in the top pack all day and delivering a thrilling finish. The tension was palpable as they flew around the corner, with Tracy and Scirocco taking the lead.

It was an honor to be apart of the crewing team this weekend and to experience this winning high… and what a win for the Future Dream team!

Team Kurrajong - winner of the 2025 NSW 160km State Championships! 🏆

Sarah Parker and Kurrajong Revolution (aka Spidey) were unstoppable, racing in the front pack of 10 horses throughout the day.

The competition was fierce, with talented riders like Benny Hudson on Razorback Porsche, Catherine Bailey on Bullio Parabellum, and Jaz Hutchins on Shellal Blood Moon, who impressed with an astounding speed of over 28km/hr on the last loop. The terrain was challenging, with some big hills and tough terrain making it a true test of endurance.

The Canobolas Endurance Riders Club Inc did an incredible job organising the event, ensuring it was enjoyable for both riders and spectators. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a thrilling experience are truly commendable. Thank you Matar Stables and Bullio for this amazing event.

Well done to Sarah, Spidey, Jolene, and Chriso on this amazing achievement! With another trophy added to the collection, it's definitely time to consider a trophy room!
