Ruth’s amazing transformation 🔥

“I've always been a dedicated school teacher, pouring my heart and soul into my work 📚
Earlier this year, I failed multiple times trying to hit my weight loss goals due to facing unexpected emotional and mental health battles that seemed unbeatable. But I refused to give up 🙅♀️
I had one last fight left in me, and I decided to embark on a transformation journey - both physically and mentally. I wanted to be in the best shape of my life for my upcoming dancing competition. The results were nothing short of incredible! 🤩
Seeing my abs for the first time felt like a dream come true. I've discovered that I'm capable of amazing things, pushing my body and mind to new limits. Nothing is impossible! 🚀
Training with Aaron online was a game-changer. We crafted a unique plan, adjusted my nutrition, and achieved my fat loss goal. But it wasn't all smooth sailing…
There were challenging days when chocolate tempted me, but I looked at my before and after photos, found my inner strength, and kept going 💪
Stepping onto that dance stage, confident and a completely different person, was an unforgettable moment. From 71.45kg to 62.95kg, I felt unstoppable! 💃🏼

Shae’s amazing transformation 🔥

Shae joined the 10 Week New Year, New You Challenge with hopes of getting her diet in check, dropping some weight, gaining muscle, and boosting her cardio endurance 💪
Shae not only saw some incredible fat loss results, but she also nailed her nutrition goals consistently throughout the challenge 🍎
Even when she was sick during the last week, Shae still managed to improve her cardio benchmark score by a full round of exercises, which is just proof that her stamina and endurance had increased significantly in just 10 weeks! 🏃♀️

We’re so thrilled to see how much happier Tiff is after turning her lifestyle around! 🥰
Tiff has been with Murdoch Fitness for 2 years, but it wasn’t until recently that she lost 10kg by making some significant changes…
“Aaron and Chanelle have asked me to share my journey with you. This won’t be your journey, you have to figure your hurdles out yourself.
For me, the change came after I realised that I wasn’t prioritising me and decided I’d had enough of giving in to bad choices because I was mentally exhausted from a job; it was mental exhaustion that won over physical ability every day.
I was inspired by a friend who had managed to figure out that work/health/life balance and was genuinely the most encouraging person (I owe this person BIG TIME and am beyond lucky to know them).
If I can give you one word of advice it’s to find people who hype you up and return that same energy to them (they know who they are. Thanks guys). On days when you are feeling deflated they are the ones who will help push you through.
Now, I’m not saying the work I had been putting in with Murdoch Fitness wasn’t having an effect; I was stronger than I’d ever been, but I didn’t feel it or look it.
I’d always said my goal was to be like Sarah Connor in Terminator 2: Judgement Day, but she wasn’t eating McDonalds on the way home from work because it was quick and easy after a stressful day.
So, I made some changes.
I finally listened to Aaron who had been very gently trying to nudge me in the right direction and had clearly been very patient with me.
I made Aaron set me a treadmill plan because cardio was not my friend, and I was going to make it. It only took a month of hard work to reverse some elevated blood tests and reverse my attitude towards myself.
Yes, I was grumpy, frustrated and just a little crazy to begin with but I’m going to blame that on the junk food withdrawals.
Just over a month later and I’m honestly shocked at the change I see in myself. I get up at stupid o’clock and get to the gym before the sun is even up.
You know what’s even worse?
I’m excited to do it every morning!
Crazy, right?
Best part of all, I feel great now.”

The new year is well and truly underway but your new years resolution to lose weight isn’t…
“What if I can’t do it?”
“What if I waste my money?”
“I don’t have time to exercise”
“Eating healthy is too expensive”
“I’ll never be able to lose weight because of my genetics”
These are your limiting beliefs and they are sabotaging your results.
To overcome this, write down what is stopping you from your weight loss journey. This could be what’s stopping you from going to the gym, what’s stopping you from joining a weight loss program, what’s stopping you from changing your eating habits, what’s stopping you from walking the dog after work, etc.
Next to each of your limiting beliefs, write down why they aren’t true.
This is a powerful tool that’s going to help you overcome your fear of failing while motivating and inspiring you to get started!
There is a solution to every limiting belief - you just have to want it and believe it.
Make the leap to change your life this new year. You deserve it.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate Juliette’s amazing 10 Week Challenge results! 😍
⬇️ 5.2kg and 46cm
Juliette put in the hard work and committed to the challenge from day 1. We’re so proud of everything she achieved!
Some of Juliette’s goals that she absolutely smashed were:
💪 lose 5kg
🏋️♀️ attend all bootcamps (she only missed 3 over the entire 10 weeks and not by choice - she was always committed and keen to go!)
💆♀️ take time for herself, put effort into herself, and allow herself to go on this journey
💧 increase water intake to at least 1.5L per day
🍉 eat fruit every day
🏊♀️ start swimming again
🚗 park off-site at work or take the stairs to increase steps
🥑 changed parts of her diet, was more aware of what was going into her body and looked for better macro alternatives
