Most people ruin lateral raises before they even start building shoulders.
You go too heavy, swing the weight up, let your elbows dip, and shrug instead of lift. The result? Traps do all the work and your shoulders never get the stimulus they actually need.
Lateral raises aren't about ego, they're about control. Drop the weight, lead with your pinkies/elbows, stop right at shoulder height, and actually feel the muscle working.
That capped, 3D shoulder look isn't built by just lifting heavier. It's built by lifting smarter. If your shoulders have been stuck for months, this is probably why.
Follow for more training that actually gets you results, not just a pump.
