This week I attended meditation classes, and they were truly amazing. I’m so grateful to our trainer for creating such a calm, welcoming space and sharing so much wisdom.

As a small thank you, I made him a clown bouquet. 💐🎈 He used to be a clown before becoming a meditation teacher, so it felt like the perfect way to celebrate his unique journey.

Thank you for an inspiring week. Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the ones that come from the heart. 🙏✨

Outdoor giant bubbles bring smiles to all ages and are always a crowd favourite with children and adults alike. 🫧🫧🫧

Two things I love doing are volunteering and balloon twisting. Tuesday night was the Junerocity Dinner Fundraiser for Helping ACT, where I volunteer.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to do some balloon twisting at the event. 🎈😂 It was a fantastic evening supporting a great cause while doing something I enjoy. It was wonderful to see the community come together to support the important work that Helping ACT does. ❤️

We are so grateful to have supported Dainere’s Rainbow this year. Thank you for the incredible work you do to support children and families affected by cancer. 🌈💛
