Looking for a reason to get out and about around Lake Burley Griffin? Come along on Sunday 13 September and make every step count! 👟

Karinya House’s Walk for Hope 2026 brings the Canberra community together for a 4.5km or 9km walk or run, raising funds to support women who are pregnant or parenting and experiencing crisis in the ACT.

It’s family-friendly, inclusive and open to everyone — whether you’re a keen runner, a leisurely walker, or just looking for a fun Sunday morning with the family. 💕

And we’ll be there too, offering FREE face painting from 9:30am–11:30am! 🎨✨

Turns out, “never” is just a fancy way of saying “watch me change my mind when the opportunity is too good to resist.” 💅

I was so happy to make a few special balloon creations for Calvary Hospital to help celebrate Can Give Day.

It was a small way for me to show my support and bring a little colour, joy and encouragement to patients, families and the wonderful hospital staff. 🎈✨
