Merry Xmas to all🌲
You all have done so well this year.
It’s been a crazy year once again some awesome goals were achieved, for me one of the highlights was being in Venice to watch some of you in The Vogalonga.🛶
Training for ACT Fire Nationals was jaw dropping how much weight was lifted💪🏻
Of course many laughs were had with early morning sessions with my ladies 😂😂
But one gorgeous lady that I would love to mention is Sammi.
It was that light bulb moment that I saw in Sammi when she turned her diet on its head,and training got a lot more serious.
She turns up to every session and always given it her all and asked for more😮
Sammi is on a journey full of happiness and health.
She understands that it is a journey for life not a 12 week stint, there has been ups and downs but always picks herself up👍
If injuries occur she has learnt to work around it even with a smile😀
For me as a PT I couldn’t be more prouder to see her as a much more confident lady.
I am so excited in a few weeks time to see her walking down the aisle to marry the man of her dreams 👰
So 3 big cheers to all of you!

Rice paper rolls with left over chicken
Avocado
Carrot stick
Cucumber sticks
Vermicelli
Sprinkle of coriander
Some Kimchi and Tabouli on the side
My family love Tonkatsu sauce with it too.

Bunch of spinach
A good Handful of chopped ginger (great zing) so good for you!
Handful of Blueberries
Splash of Coconut water
Spoonful of coconut yoghurt
Spoonful of Macca powder
Splash of MCT (specific coconut oil)

The most easiest brekky!
Strawberry and Banana chia pudding.
Make the night before and refrigerate
Handful of strawberry's
2 bananas
1 tin of coconut milk
1tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 cup of chia seeds
Blend!
Can add some activated nuts and berries on top
Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs
So healthy, Fibre,calcium,Omega 3, and packed with antioxidants

What to have for dinner?
Prosciutto wrapped chicken
With beans and sweet potato.
2 chicken breast
4 slices Prosciutto
Basil pesto
1 large sweet potato
Heat oven to 180 Degrees
Trim Chicken breast, slice through horizontal,tenderize
Spread with Basil pesto
Roll up with Prosciutto
Place a toothpick through to hold.
Place in fridge
Peel sweet potato slice into thin 1cm rounds season and a splash of Macadamia oil
Place in oven
Trim beans
A quick Pan fry to chicken in Macadamia oil just to sear
Place in baking tray covered for 10 min till cooked through
You don't want to dry it out
Steam or pan fry beans
Yumscrum and easy peasy!
Get creative
You can roll up with a smear of truffle mustard and a carrot stick, tasty crunch!
