Transcend Multisport coach Guy recently graduated with a Bachelor of Sport Coaching and Exercise Science, and was this week awarded the Tom Calma Medal for his academic achievements.
GRADS 2022: Guy Jones 2022 Tom Calma medalist Guy Jones took almost nine years out of his life to study a Bachelor of Sport Coaching and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra, just to become a better coach for the triathletes he works with.

It's been a big weekend for Transcend athletes in Canberra and the Snowy Mountains.
On Saturday at the Australian Cross Triathlon Championships at Lake Crackenback, Korey finished an awesome 10th in AG in the sprint in his first triathlon, while Jarrah finished 2nd overall in the standard duathlon (on a cyclocross bike!) and Guy took out the sprint aquabike.
Back in Canberra, Katrina and Jodie were in action at Jackie Fairweather sprint on Sunday, both finishing an excellent 2nd in AGs on the hilly arboretum course.
