🌹 Indecision by any other name 🌹
We often dress up indecision with terms like "careful consideration" or "due diligence".
But at its core, indecision is still indecision.
It’s the silent thief of progress that holds us back from taking action.
😍 People value decisive leaders.
🏅 Teams perform better with clarity.
⬆ Organisations need direction.
Let's recognise when thoughtful deliberation becomes a stall tactic.
Call it out.
Then move from hesitation to decisive action.
What decisions are you delaying today?

Are you setting ambitious goals for the 24-25 financial year?
This is the time to build annual performance agreements and lay the groundwork for your professional development.
From our coaching experience, here are three key tips to help you with this process:
* Create accountability: identify ways to stay accountable to your goals and plans over the coming year. Consider enlisting a colleague or peer group to help keep you on track.
* Get visual: create an attractive display of your goals that you can keep nearby - like on your wall, or even your computer desktop. This helps goals stay front of mind and not get forgotten.
* Measure progress: set up your metrics for success and outline when and how you will measure them. Be prepared to adjust your approach if you aren't seeing the results you expected.
Are you looking to:
* Enhance your leadership skills
* Develop a resilient mindset
* Master the art of influential communication
* And become the manager your team looks up to?
Consider how a tailored coaching plan can support your journey.

Did you know we offer decision-making training, assessments and team workshops?
They’re perfect for building team cohesion, improving performance and reducing risk.
Here are two of our popular options for teams:
Decision Making Team Index:
* Each person completes a short online assessment and receives an individual report on their decision-making strengths and weakness, tailored guidance and a workbook.
* We generate a team report that examines the diversity of styles and delivers strategies to leverage the combined strengths and overcome weaknesses.
* We then provide individual and/ or team training and coaching to suit the results.
Decision Making Dynamix:
* Team members compete a questionnaire about their experiences and perceptions across the domains that form the foundation of organisational decisions: People, Culture, Data and Systems.
* We generate a team report to benchmark performance across these domains.
* Individuals and the team participate in targeted training and process development to address any weaknesses identified in the results.
* We return to reassess performance at 6 and 12 months, so management can measure the impact of the changes.
Either option can cater to large and small teams, as well as virtual or in-person training and workshops.
Get in touch to discuss via PM or email [email protected]
We’d love to help you and your team decide with confidence!
