Expression of Interest (EOI): Dashain & Tihar 9-A-Side Football Tournament 2026
Nepal United Football Club invites local and regional football clubs across Canberra and surrounding areas to express their interest in participating in the upcoming Dashain & Tihar 9-A-Side Football Tournament.
This event aims to bring our sporting community together for a day of competitive football and cultural celebration.
Tournament Overview:
Date: Saturday, 8 November 2026 (Proposed)
Venue: TBC (Canberra region)
Format: 9-a-side (Club Teams)
Expected Entry Fee: $500 – $750 per team
Estimated Prize Pool:
Winners: $2,500 – $3,000 + Trophy & Medals
Runners-up: $1,000 – $1,500 + Trophy & Medals
Final details regarding the venue, entry fee, and prize structure will be confirmed following team registration.
How to Register Your Interest:
Clubs that have not yet received an official invitation or wish to join are requested to submit their Expression of Interest by Thursday, 24 September 2026.

What an unforgettable tournament! We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Team Yellow as the Champions 🥇 and Team Red as the First Runners-Up 🥈 of the very first Queanbeyan Cup 2026.
