Big love today to all the mums, step mums, fur baby mums, mother figures, those missing their mums, those wanting to become mums, and anyone out there doing a whole lot of caring for others.

Happy Mother’s Day Wild Fam ✌️

Kind of Wild 2
160 peeps breathing, moving (sweating a little), then softening together.
We try to keep things pretty real and low-key around here, but there was something undeniably special about last night - ya can’t fake that kind of energy.
Annnnnd to get a little deep for a second… we definitely got a hit of all the good hormones and one of those “this is what it’s all about” moments.
Massive gratitude to the whole team, you’re the best. And to everyone who showed up, trusted us, and filled the room.
Shout out to for this rad pic.
Until next time… ✌️✌️✌️

It’s that time of year again.
When the light shifts just enough that the shadows in the studio start to take on a whole new life.
Same room, different feeling. Autumn is creeping in.

Kind of Wild is back.
A fair few requests for this one! So we’re doing it again.
Join us for Kind of Wild 2 — an immersive afternoon of movement, music and deep relaxation.
Mel and Han will guide a flowing yoga practice while creates the soundtrack live, building an atmosphere that feels somewhere between a class, a dance floor and a moving meditation. We’ll then close the journey with a sound bath from Clare to land the nervous system.
But this time… we’re not rushing off afterwards. We’re hanging around.
From 6pm, stick around for margaritas, dumplings and other delicious treats available for purchase — a chance to chat, laugh and connect with the community.
Details:
Sunday May 3
4:00 – 6:00pm

Grounded Practice on Country
Today was cool. A huge thank you to and for so generously sharing their time and stories, and for guiding us through the fascinating relationship Aboriginal history has with how we experience the present day.
There’s something pretty special about learning from people who are both truly passionate and deeply knowledgeable about culture, history, and place. As someone said today, “I could have listened to JP all day”. Samsies.
These conversations are so necessary. They gently highlight just how much of Australian history many of us were never taught at school, and how important it is to find opportunities to listen and learn. Thank you to everyone that came along, we appreciate you making the time to be part of this community experience.
An extra shout-out to Tash and her shop in Braddon for the little bonus shop-portunity afterwards, the perfect way to round out the morning. Check them out when you can and support local artists and makers.

Gratitude post for this absolute legend.
I’ve been really loving Hayden’s Tuesday night classes lately. He holds space in such a calm, gentle, grounded way - the kind of class you leave feeling genuinely better in your body and nervous system.
Hayden is also a primary school teacher, and you can really feel that in the way he connects with the room — attentive, thoughtful, and deeply present. The kids he teaches are incredibly lucky.
So grateful to have him on our teaching team. If you haven’t practiced with Hayden yet, get on that ✌️

Grounded Practice on Country
This Wild community experience is an invitation to practice, listen and learn together.
Join us for a gentle, reflective experience led by JP Janke and Rhanna Collins, created especially for the Kind & Wild community. Through conversation and yarns, we’ll explore First Nations presence on Country in a way that’s thoughtful, grounded and approachable.
We’re also grateful to have Wurrumuy Collective joining us, with a small selection of beautiful pieces available to purchase, supporting Indigenous artists and makers. Their shop is in Braddon, and this is a lovely chance to support another local small business and their work.
We are so incredibly grateful to Rhanna and JP. Book in via the usual way:
When : Saturday February 7th
Time : 10.30am - 12ish
Cost : Free

Trying to take a cool photo for the gram. Using a proper camera and all.
At Wild we also think yoga is pretty cool.
Stay cool friends ✌️
