Meet Donna 🤍

Donna brings such a beautiful, soft energy to the studio. Teaching Yin and Restorative, she has a way of making everyone who walks into the room feel immediately welcome, comfortable and cared for.

She’s a natural nurturer, of people, the practice and the space around her. Donna is the person quietly making sure everything feels just right, right down to making sure your blanket is folded nicely and your space feels clean and cosy.

She’s also an identical twin. So if you’ve ever seen Donna and her sister practising together at the studio and had to do a little double take… you’re not imagining things.

Donna Cassoni is just genuinely lovely, and there’s something about being in her classes that makes you feel very well looked after. Exactly the kind of person you want guiding you into a restful practice.

A big group, lots of laughs, a little bit of chaos, and all the feels. Bali 2026 was incredible.

This reel gives you a pretty good idea of what our Bali retreats are all about. A mix of movement, adventure, good food, plenty of laughs and connecting with nature, animals and of course, humans.

Next year’s Bali retreat dates are nearly locked in. If you’ve ever wondered what we actually get up to on retreat, you might wanna join us!

Tiny teacher Bowie 🥹

Quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever watch.

My 5-year-old niece teaching her very own yoga class, and absolutely nailing it.

Bowie emphasises the importance of creating a class that has structure, intention and a beginning, middle and end. In her words - warm up - Yoga - cool down. A surprisingly difficult concept to teach, and here she is, just naturally doing it.

Yin Teacher Training

Happy International Yoga Day!

How fun that yoga gets its own special day. Although, every day is kind of yoga day around here.

A little throwback to baby Wild. This photo was taken when the plants were tiny, things felt a little uncertain, and we hadn’t yet discovered the life-changing magic of a robo-vac.

So grateful for how much has grown and evolved since then - the studio, the community, and, of course, the robo-vac.

Winter Solstice Slow Flow with Sally

Join Sally, one of our wonderful teacher trainees, for a special Winter Solstice Slow Flow. As we move into the longest night of the year, we’ll slow things down with a grounding, gentle practice designed to help you settle into the quieter energy of winter.

After class, stick around for a baked treat, a cup of tea, and a chat as we celebrate the seasonal shift together in community.

Kind of Wild 2

160 peeps breathing, moving (sweating a little), then softening together.
We try to keep things pretty real and low-key around here, but there was something undeniably special about last night - ya can’t fake that kind of energy.

Annnnnd to get a little deep for a second… we definitely got a hit of all the good hormones and one of those “this is what it’s all about” moments.

Massive gratitude to the whole team, you’re the best. And to everyone who showed up, trusted us, and filled the room.
