Equestrian Park is a public park, available for use by horse riders of all disciplines and is available for hire by clubs and instructors.
The park is managed by a subcommittee of ACT Equestrian Association. Equestrian Park and the Cotter Plots, Yarralumla, are managed by the ACT Equestrian Association under Licence from the ACT Government, represented by Sport and Recreation Services Branch, an administrative unit of the Department of Territory and Municipal Services. Using an area of the park, that's locked, without prior arrangement is stretching the limits of public use. As an act of good faith using the equipment, help packing up would be appreciated.
