We've been very quite in here of late as things have been a little wild up and down with cars

Caitlyn and Adrian were due to race the weekend that just was at Cullen Bullen raceway but after our truck being syphoned and the current fuel crisis it just wasn't
Feasible to be able to refuel the truck and make it all possible with the two cars on the back off fixing Adrian's car after his little rollacoaster at practice at Western Sydney speedway a few weeks back

Adrian experienced his first roll a few weeks back in a racing incident which was just simply kids learning and having one of those moments .thankfully both the kids were fine Adrian being more excited to make sure it was videod
A full credit to hrc fabrication for bullet proof cages as that's 3 roll overs now 2 for troy and 1 for Adrian and not one bend or break or even crack in the welds which is just a credit there work
His car is now pretty much back together just needing some paint

Caitlyns car we used practice to figure out the correct combinations and ratios and seemed to have the car going nicely until she hit some debris or clay and it ripped the fuel lines clean out of the car which we will endeavour to fix

Troy's car we ended up retiring it after we blew the motor a few months back as the car is just so far bent and twisted from roll overs the previous years and decided to start work on the new ve however taking longer then expected due to family commitments

Troy will come on and do a detailed report of Saturday night but I thought I would come and do a quick shout out.
I'm so proud of my boys!
After absolutely working his ass off in the feature, Troy Dawes came home with a 2nd after an awesome night of racing.
Our boy Adrian came home with a 3rd after a absolute cracker of a night racing too!
To say we're proud is an absolute understatement.
I can not wait to watch his growth from here on out.
I definitely loved having 2 straight cars being driven onto the truck and trailer too!
Just to clarify, Chevelle is holding Riley Alexander's board for 2nd place as they had gone home. She didn't actually race 🤣

so as we approach our first western Sydney speedway event this Saturday night we are finalising all our stickers for our sponsors :) thanks to Daniel Powell from Redline Media we now have a slick looking sponsorship proposal and we would love any help from any potential sponsors or new sponsors all help is always greatly appreciated so if you or any of your friends have a business and they wanna look at a fun and cool way to market yours or there business please feel free to get in contact with us or share it around

Well the weekend that was :)

Firstly well done to Golburne speedway that place is incredible

After a massive week getting the engine in and getting the car fired up we were a little under the pump but we made it

Although it didn't start as well as I would of liked heat 1 out of p1 we didn't even make the track after having engine issues

Thanks to the boys Blake Matty Patric Les and mangoes we got it some what running although it seemed to still have a miss

Heat 2 reverse grid so we were at the back of the bus but managed to make up some spots and running 4th and slipped back to 5th as the miss got worse

After a quick chat with the Caitlyn we decided to press on and keep the car out there even as a number and some stress relief for myself hahah
Heat 3 out of p2 got in the lead and managed to forge on with a solid win and a car that seemed to be alot better with the miss still there just not as bad

Feature out of p5 we quickly got into 4th and felt like the track would suit the little miss as I could roll through the corners a bit quicker without buzzing the wheels so we pressed on and got into 3rd when on the final lap the lead car lost all power after he had a commanding lead which left an opportunity for both Rick and myself he went low and I went high to split him and crossed the line for one heck of a race with Rick taking a bloody good win and a well deserved win and we came home in p2 with the always fast ray Tyler putting the pressure on

All in all not a bad end to the night

What a crazy weekend
Act speedway was of the charts . By far one of the best tracks atm. They know how to put a show on

Heat 1.. 6th to 2nd
Heat 2.. 2nd to 2nd
Heat 3 .. 3rd to 3rd

Started off pole and came home with the chequred flag

Saturday we were off to nowra speedway

It got eventful as my ute overheated on the way so thanks to patric he put the trailer on his car for me

Had some really hard heats at nowra
Heat 1 ..7th to 5th
Heat 2 ..2nd to 1st
Heat 3 7th to 3rd

Feature we started out of 3rd but we were definatly a little under pace as we struggled for drive but we held on to 3rd.

Nowra was a ripper aswel they have done amazing things to that place . Hats off to all involved

This Making it to podiums for the weekend leaving us in 2nd in the wsss easter cup behind shane who was killa fast all weekend

Unfortunatly we spent the rest of the night and the next morning with adrian at the hospital after he tried to make friends with the fence and ended up with 9 stitches in his knee and as of today hes stil been vomoting due to the happy gas:(

Congratulations to our main man, Troy Dawes who just took out a very well deserved first place!

We're on night 1 of the Easter Trail at ACT speedway with us heading to Nowra to back it up tomorrow night for night 2.
It's no secret life has been hard on us and I've got to tell you.. seeing that smile on your face and seeing your confidence returning in the car is absolutely priceless to me and something that truly makes my soul happy.
I'm so incredibly proud of you, today and every day.
Well done baby, I'm forever your biggest supporter and so endlessly thankful that we get to do this speedway life together as a family.

Well dfr are locked and loaded and trying for a better weekend of success After our painful outing last weekend where in our opening heat we snapped the gearbox linkages 💥 We patched it up and won our second heat and 4th in our third heat Putting us out of p9 for the 47 lap brian callaghan memorial race we picked off a car early and worked on the next car took a few laps to make sure i didnt make contact and got a nice clean run where unfortunatly we got tagged around after passing the car and onto the infeild ..with no yellow light coming out :/ it was unsafe to rejoin the feild with only second gear as we were facing a bad way and would have rejoined at an unsafeley slow speed so that was how my night ended up.

Adrian also went up for a race but it heat 1 we noticed a heap of engine oil coming from the bottom sump gasket so we chose to put the car on the trailer so we didnt risk hurting the motor.
So this easter weekend we focus on ACT speesway on friday night followed by nowra on saturday night big thank you to Patrick Green and thomas green for offering to come and help crew this weekend.

This will probably be one of our last meetings for this season as we wind up for a few months for our off season. We would like to say a huge thank you to our amazing sponsors who help keep us on the track
