“I got into the health and fitness industry from a personal passion for training and wanting to help others feel stronger and more confident. I keep myself fit with a mix of strength training and functional workouts, while continuing to learn and improve. Outside the gym, I enjoy spending time with mates and family, playing sport, and just trying to make the most of my free time. I live by “everything happens for a reason” and “the only constant in life is change”.
