This one is a little special.
This is the 2nd this year .reynolds.21 has tried to enter the 300 club. Snatches were great, 3/3 ending with 131kg.
CJ however?!! What a ride. 2 red lights at 162. Got it on the 2nd attempt.
Jumped 7kgs to 169kg and got 2 red lights AGAIN!?
It DOES NOT get closer than this.
Dissapointed yes, but oh so hungry for it!

2025 senior F63kg bronze medal 🥉
We are so proud of ! Things didn't really go to plan on the day. And despite the pressure of the national stage she found the right level of confidence to fully commit to every attempt on the platform!
She controlled her emotions, trusted in her training and focused on each attempt for the opportunity it was. She enjoyed the little wins and didn't let the little disappointments have any control over her. You don't always get PBs when you want to, and sometimes the best outcomes don't come with PBs.
Jules smoked and 80kg sn**ch right after missing 79kg and then she nailed her heaviest ever clean and jerk opener yet at 95kg. But most impressive was how she attacked her last clean and jerk after missing the same weight at 99kg. Showing us all the formidable competitor she is growing into. And taking her first national medal in the process!

Awesome performances from the ABC lifters at 1st comp of 2025!
return to the competion platform after a 4 years break. She went 5/6 with a best of S 53, CJ 63, Total 126.
competing as a novice. He went 5/6 S 65 CJ 80 (all time pb!) Total 145.
with a the craziest fight in her last CJ! She ended up with S 75, CJ 92, Total 167 and took 1st🥇 place in the open female.
Nick Warren went 4/5. S 110, CJ 127 a week after recovering from COVID!!
reynolds.21 went 5/5 (he elected not to take his last CJ). S 123, CJ 161 it being a competition pb 🔥🔥. Total 284 - 1kg shy of his all time pb, and took 1st place in the open male.
Great start to the 2025 campaign and can't wait to see how the year goes!
