Had two clients compete over the weekend in Melbourne at the Powerlifting Australia Master/Junior Nationals. Both Will Cooper and Esa worked extremely hard in their preps leading up to competitions, with it showing on the platform.

Esa had a great day on the platform, coming in stronger than ever.

He hit:

210kg squat (10kg pb)
130kg bench (10kg pb)
237.5kg deadlift and stood up with a 250kg but missed on a technicality.

All at 73kg bodyweight.

Back to the drawing board with another training cycle!

Sal has been a coaching client of mine for some time now. Long enough that we've refined his training down to what works for him.
