I got up this morning and had a 15 min little movement yoga sesh. Then my body was calling to just SIT. Breathe. Listen.
Admittedly, this is not my morning every day. As much as I’m trying to create a morning ritual those 4:30am starts keep throwing me off. So, I enjoy it even more when I do start this way.
