LOOKING FOR A NEW COORDINATOR

Hi all. Due to a bunch of things it is well and truly time for me to hand over the role of the coordinator for the Bruce Ridge trail group.
So I am looking for someone who is keen to organise FoBR and keep the trails running.

If you want to have crack at it, then feel free to send me a DM and we can discuss what the job entails etc.

With the ACT Election this Saturday we have collated the main parties policies towards mountain biking.

These commitments are the result of many hours of advocacy from groups including Majura Pines Trail Alliance, Friends of Bruce Ridge, Kowalski Brothers Trailworks and CORC - Canberra Off Road Cyclists.

A big thank you to Iconic trails and PCS for the work they have carried out on the outer loop. The trails are running very nicely indeed. A lot of the new work will be soft and powdery for while, so please go easy and let things bed in.

Unsanctioned trails.
We have noticed some new trail’s popping up around Bruce.
Please please do not do this. Bruce Ridge is a high conservation area and we work with Parks to maintain the legal trail network.
We will have to now spend valuable volunteer hours to close these unsantioned trails.
