Ah what a good day today has been. I adore it when my counselling clients have breakthroughs and also look back and see how far they have come in their healing. That’s the thing about healing instead of only coping - the rest of your days are calmer, brighter and happier. It is such a joy and a privilege for me to hold the space and help them light their way home. 🪷♥️🦋
