The longer i spend in the fitness industry the more i begin to realize the key to achieving what you set out too.
MIND STATE is the first step, don't embark on any journey without setting the all important foundation.
Ask yourself exactly what you want to achieve, once you answer this question to yourself, set that answer in stone.
If this answer is solid and it is truly in your heart you will do everything in your power to get there.
HARD WORK AND PATIENCE life is made to test you, what makes you think you deserve to be given anything straight away.
Personally i know that anything that i have been given or come across with minimal effort i have not cherished.
Everything that i have poured my whole heart into and worked tirelessly to achieve means so much more.
So enjoy the process because that is whats going to make the end goal that much sweeter.
REALITY CHECKS we all need a reality check every now and than. Without this we get complacent, we get comfortable because when you're think you're working hard enough or doing well and you come across a road block don't get confused.
This isn't put in front of you to stop you, the universe doesn't work like that.
It is put in front of you so that you can use it to better yourself and improve on what you thought was once good enough.
TRUST YOUR HEART to many times we let our mind dictate our reality. Intuition is a powerful gift that gets neglected because we let our mind take over.
How many times have you said to yourself i wish i went with my gut feeling.
You know what 9 out of 10 times your gut feeling will be the right choice.
Believe in yourself whatever it is that you've set out to get has a price attached to it.
I'm not talking about money as the currency here, i'm talking about hours and hours of hard work and complete determination.
So if you're willing to pay your dues it can be yours.
HOW HARD ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK THAT'S THE TRUE QUESTION.

Last but not least the coaches little brother.
Where do we start, first of all he doesn't go to the gym.
He plays soccer all year round so we had something to work with atleast
Small waist and naturally wide delts thank the Tanoski genes for that.
Had he actually ate what was on his meal plan the last 4 weeks and didn't come home at 2 am night before comp i can honestly say he would have taken out first place in fitness first timers.
Still second place straight of the soccer pitch with one night of posing practice is pretty good 😂.
Good laugh seeing you sweat it out there well done.

So last week Morgan didn't end up placing and rightly so the quality at the south coast was very good.
She had the shape we just weren't lean enough so we put in a big week and conditioning improved a little which was enough for a top 5 finish in her Bikini Class.
She really wanted this because it gives her a second chance to right her wrongs and come in the condition she knows she can achieve for Nationals.
Hard 4 weeks ahead as she strives to bring in a better version which can challenge for places on a national stage.

So David is up next.
What can i say this guy had a great physique already when he came to me we just fine tuned a few details.
We got a 4th place in a ridiculous line up, loads tighter from last week but I think in 4 weeks there's another level to reach.
Feedback from the judges is not enough width on the back pose we'll try and iron it out and bring a physique worthy of being up with the best in Australia at nationals.
You got this brother lets bring version 3.0 in 4 weeks.

Coach Zak looking happy as always 😕.
Jokes aside this has been one of my favourite preps, when Amy came to me 20 weeks ago we were along way out.
I explained to her the hardships of not winning and all the grind involved she said I'm 90 percent sure i can do this and i said if you give me 90 ill be that other 10.
I pushed her to her limits she didn't break once actually she ate half a cookie about 5 weeks out.
Otherwise for the whole 20 weeks she nailed everything that was asked of her.
If you have the will there's always a way hard work always perseveres.
She did end up getting a trophy with a 3rd place in bikini 30+ to cap off a hard 20 weeks 😊.
Congratulations time to set new goals and keep pushing hard.

We want to touch on work ethic.
We deal with a clientele who are involved in bodybuilding/physique competitions.
This is not too be taken lightly this a sport of extremes, extreme determination, extreme discipline, extreme sacrifice to achieve extreme levels of conditioning.
Unless you're blessed with a grade genetics you can be sure you're not just going to waltz through your prep in cruise mode.
You're going to be leaving everything in the gym and following the plan to the letter in order to succeed.
Ask yourself if it's exactly what you want before you embark on the journey because there's people that are going to be on that same stage at the end who are 100 percent sure.
Ask yourself what are they doing or more importantly what am i doing to stay one step ahead.
Endure more, Sacrifice more, Achieve more !!!
