Tone-up Tuesday 28/03/2016

It's tone up Tuesday so I hope you are all out ready to become a healthier person, don't keep watching your weight, just watch your health, improve your health. Your body will love you and you will be able to notice your changes, your skins completion may change colour, you will feel like you have more life in you, you won't feel so run down, you will be happier and after a few weeks your body will start to change, you will notice, then after about 2 months your friends will notice, and after 3 months everyone will notice. Be proud of the work you do, if you haven't started, it's not too late, even if you are slow you are still over lapping everyone who is sitting on the couch!!!!!

Hey everyone! Today is Therapeutic Thursday, I have been really slack and haven't posted in a while. Finally I am back at gym and am aiming for higher than how amazing my body used to be. Everyone goes through a rough time and falls behind but now is the time you pick yourself back up and train as hard as you can, eat well and sleep well.
Try to work on your breathing and staying calm in certain situations, if you're one with a short temper try to focus on something else or go outside and get some fresh air, do some push-ups.

Tone-up Tuesday 06/10/2015

Hey guys is tone up Tuesday so don't forget to work those muscles and train them to the best of your ability. Don't train to loose weight but to loose fat and gain muscle. I recommend Muay Thai or kickboxing for an all body workout and doing that every day will train every muscle. Find a good fitness coach and stay motivated. Peace out and eat healthy ❤️✌🏼️

Workout Wednesday: 60min of Cardio per day keeps the doctor away! Even if you can't fit 60 minutes a days in a brisk cardio exercise when you wake up is an excellent way to break into the day!

Stamina Sunday: Hopefully you guys are doing well in your fitness journey at this point of year because.... summer is almost upon us! Now is the time to bump it up a notch or, if you haven't had the motivation to begin, here it is >:) Summer is a time you want to be confident and comfortable in your own skin. Whether it's putting on that bikini you've been afraid to wear or even a pair of shorts has been your obstacle. Whatever it is, now is the time to start working hard so you can feel awesome in a few months time because everyone deserves to feel that way.

Motivation Monday: today's post is in dedication of one of our awesome admins (it's her birthday!) who is off in far-away places doing some rad things. She's definitely out and living, that's for sure. Been seeing some amazing pictures from her and though her pictures are far cooler than the one I'm posting, I just was thinking of her today and wanted to make this one for her :)

'Mountains' is metaphorical for your goals/dreams. It is all good and well to spend time setting your goals and thinking about how you will achieve them. But make sure you get out and do it! And remember, the hardest part is starting but once you stick to it, you'll wonder why you didn't start earlier.

Everybody, we are so sorry about our posting. It's been crazy busy but hey, that's the last thing you want to be hearing right? So here is Foody Friday quote of the day. You may have heard the saying, "Abs are made in the kitchen" and it's so true. You really need to be nourishing your body as well as working it 1. it's healthy! and 2. you're not going to get your full results. Let us know if you guys want any recipes, tips or anything, we understand it can be tricky to wrap your head around all the food stuff. We are back in business.
