Moondance Argentine Tango

We're very pleased to announce that beginner's classes are recommencing, and we're at a new venue as well!

Moondance Argentine Tango classes are designed for beginners with little, or no, Argentine Tango experience. You'll learn the fundamental steps and etiquette of tango. You'll improve your skills at connecting deeply and engaging in respectful partnerships. You'll get to know, and appreciate, the beauty of dancing together in harmony.

Classes are held at Holtze Close, Hackett ACT.

Enrolments are now open for classes commencing at 6.45pm on Wednesday 1 February 2023.

Enrolments are now open for Spring classes commencing on Monday 31 August 2020 and finishing on Monday 19 October 2020.

Please note: Due to current health regulations enrolments are only available to couples at present, and student numbers are strictly limited. Changing of dance-partners will not be taking place, and social-distancing (from other couples) will be observed.

LGBTQ couples are welcome.

Students who have already paid for classes will have their payments held in credit, or refunded if they wish.

Sunday, 3 November 2019: Try a taster class to get a feel for tango. Come and join in at 2pm. It's free!

Monday, 4 November 2019: A new term of beginner's classes commences at 7pm.

Tuesday, 7January 2020: Beginner's classes for LGTBQI+ members of the community. Keep Tuesday and Wednesday evenings free at 7pm in January!
