Anybody that knows me, knows how serious I take my lower body strength training. In particular the back squats!
If your looking for a few different cues that may assist in your performance or just looking to read the advise from that an ex rugby player has on squats. Let me know your thoughts. do you hate it love it any feedback is welcomed. Oh and please share with your friends if you like.

Dead lifting some heady weight whilst rehab continues on his calf.
Injuries should not prevent you from training. Be sure to speak to a coach a about what lifting movement you can do when recovering from an injury. The key for the big fella is to bear complete weight through the heals to the ground.
