There are a few milestones that are worth mentioning here...

First time deadlifting 95kg post the birth of her second little boy, with textbook form I might add 🤝

Secondly, Elle has lost a staggering 28kg since returning to the gym last year. After her results in the last challenge she has shifted up into another gear and the results speak for themselves.

New Year, New Facility 😍

After an awesome 2025, we said goodbye to our original space. So many great memories and life-changing results will remain in that gym. It has been a part of PFM from the very beginning and really is the end of an era.
That being said, our new facility (still in Mitchell) is INCREDIBLE. A huge space with all the equipment you could ever need.

We will also be offering a whole lot more this year, from tailored training programs in an online setting (either train with us or at your current gym or home), specific nutrition plans, seasonal challenges, gym retreats plus our usual sessions in the gym.

Our first challenge will run from commence 20 January - 30 March.

🎉10 Week Challenge Winner🎉

After another tough challenge, we would like to introduce our winner, Ellen.

Weight: ⬇️ 11.5kg
Body Fat: ⬇️ 5%
Measurements: ⬇️ 26.5cm (waist, hips and mid section)
Dress Size: from 14 ⬇️ 8

To achieve these results (apart from going hard in the gym) we crafted a customised and structured weekly meal plan that had her sitting in a 250-300 calorie deficit. She followed the plan exactly and is beyond thrilled with her transformation.
