It’s insane what can happen in a year, when you put your mind to something.

The first photo I was 98kg and 25–30% body fat. I aimed to train 4x per week and eat all the right foods. The quality wasn't the issue, it was the quantity. Alongside that, I found excuses (like work and kids) as reasons not to train.

I decided to put all the information I give my clients into practice and finally commit to reaching my goals.

The second photo is at 85kg, roughly 10–15% body fat. I'm training 4x per week and eating the right amount of food.

The winning formula for fat loss is fairly straightforward:

✅ Eat fewer calories than you need (calorie deficit)
✅ Lift heavy weights and train close to failure (around 2 reps in reserve)
✅ Track your training (add weight or reps each week) – progressive overload
✅ Fully commit to it – it's you vs. you

If you want to prioritise your own health and fitness, shoot us a message - We're here to help!

There's always time for you 🤝

🚨 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🚨

These are the types of results that we love! Che has demonstrated that consistency is all it takes to completely change how you look.

In the last 6 months, Che has lost 11.6kg 😳 She trains 3 times per week, lifts heavy and has been tracking her food intake. She has achieved these results with no cardio... I'll say again, NO CARDIO.

Having a goal to get "2 piece swimmer ready" before a holiday was the perfect excuse for her to dive straight in and she has blown it out of the water.

We are all so happy and proud of you Che, what an accomplishment! Who's going to be next? DM us and we will make it happen 💪

There are a few milestones that are worth mentioning here...

First time deadlifting 95kg post the birth of her second little boy, with textbook form I might add 🤝

Secondly, Elle has lost a staggering 28kg since returning to the gym last year. After her results in the last challenge she has shifted up into another gear and the results speak for themselves.

If you want to make a change for the better, PM us! We offer online nutrition plans and training programs to get you looking and feeling your best, aswell as our gym sessions at our gym.

Your dream physique awaits... let us help get you there 💪
