Are you a yoga teacher, student, or allied health professional looking to deepen your practice and your knowledge? This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a space for you to do just that.
~Embodied, authentic & quality training~
Face-to-face, heart-to-heart training held in Airlie Beach, Queensland. This training is facilitated by Bec Russell, a yoga teacher with 10 years experience, in partnership with My Health Mastery School, who have been training yoga teachers since 2003, and are one of Australia’s longest standing yoga schools.
This 100 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training provides you with a solid foundation to deepen your practice, deepen your teaching, and support your clients.
During the training, you will study across philosophy, meridians, chakras, sequencing, anatomy and physiology, and more. Please visit the link below for the full course syllabus.
This course is a registered Yoga Alliance course, and you are eligible to join many yoga associations, as well as gain full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
