A massive congratulations to Ben Works for taking out our Client Excellence Award for the month of March 🙌

In just 12 weeks, Ben has gone from having no real gym experience and struggling with consistency… to showing up 4 days a week and hitting some incredible milestones:

✔️ Squat – 60kg
✔️ Bench Press – 50kg
✔️ Deadlift – 90kg

But what truly makes this award well deserved is the transformation beyond the gym.

Ben has stepped into a new role at work, built real consistency, and is showing up as a happier, more confident version of himself every single day.

🎉 2 Years of Training With IPC - 3 Unique Journeys.

Meet Carol, Sean and Asinate.

Three incredible seperate journeys.

Carol came to us with longstanding back, knee and hip injuries that had held her back for years. She’s now been completely pain free for the last 12 months. That’s not luck. That’s consistent work and showing up.

Sean walked in as a complete beginner with minimal movement and chronic lower back pain. He now squats, benches, deadlifts and does chin-ups well above his own bodyweight. He also took home our Strength & Fitness Award at the 2025 IPC Awards Afternoon and he absolutely earned it.

Asinate is down 30kg over two years. The consistency and commitment that represents is truly something to behold.
These three are an absolute inspiration to our entire IPC community and a reminder of what’s possible when you back yourself and do the work.

And with many of our members now hitting 5, 7 and even 9 year journeys with us, we cannot wait to share more of these incredible stories. The best is yet to come. 💪

✨ A Full Circle Moment for IPC Client Chanae ✨

Chanae first joined IPC back in August 2023 as a general population client – simply wanting to learn how to lift weights, drop body fat, and feel better within herself.

With a long history of different relationships to food, we knew from the start that we needed to take a sharpened approach – one that allowed her to make progress, but also enjoy the journey at the same time.

Fast forward to October 2024 – Chanae came to us with a new ambition: to put herself into a position she never thought possible, by refining herself to her absolute best potential. After multiple discussions, it became clear she was ready.

In bodybuilding and competing, ambition alone doesn’t always lead to stepping on stage. The truth is, very few make it – it takes immense focus, dedication, and the courage to look in the mirror and decide, “Yes, I’m really going to do this.”

And today, Chanae has done exactly that. She’s made it to show day for . All the hard work, discipline, and self-belief has led her here – with even more stage shows to come in the next month.

But the first one will always be the most special.

Well done Chanae 👏 You’re an inspiration to literally anyone who has ever thought about challenging themselves and chasing something bigger.
