It lowers blood pressure and reduces stress

Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate.

As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance.

Here are some healthy dinner options for weight loss:

🐣Grilled chicken or fish with steamed vegetables and a side of brown rice or quinoa.

🥗Salad with grilled shrimp or tofu, mixed greens, veggies, and a low-fat dressing.

🥦Veggie stir-fry with tofu, veggies like broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers, and a whole grain like brown rice.

🍲Lentil soup or chili with added veggies like carrots, celery, and peppers, and a side of whole grain bread.

Grilled or roasted vegetables with a side of baked sweet potato or roasted potatoes.

🍔Turkey or veggie burgers with a side of roasted or grilled vegetables.

🍝Spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles with a tomato-based sauce and lean protein like turkey or chicken.

🍣Baked salmon with a side of roasted or steamed veggies and a small serving of brown rice.

Remember, portion control is also important for weight loss, so be mindful of the amount of food you're eating. And don't forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day to help you stay hydrated and feel full.

Why we exercise and eat well for weight loss.

On the other hand, foods high in sugar and unhealthy fats should be limited, as they can add a lot of extra calories to your daily intake.

In other words, eating a balanced diet with plenty of nutritious foods and limiting junk food is key to supporting weight loss while exercising. This can help ensure you have enough energy to power your workouts and reach your fitness goals.
